Having established Land Ark Homes, he is responsible for all aspects of project management. In addition, he finalizes all fiscal decisions and directs the company's continuing growth through ongoing land acquisitions.

Diana uses her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, and years of experience, in the management of Land Ark's day-to-day affairs. She is also responsible for the corporate image and communications of the firm. As an active member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Ottawa-Carleton Home Builders Association she works toward promoting the quality of new home construction.

Over the past 26 years Mike has been involved in the construction of hundreds of new homes in the Ottawa area. Initially employed as the site superintendent for some of Land Ark's current competitors, he went on to found and prosper as the head of his own firm. In 1996 he agreed to lend his expertise to the Land Ark team, now ensuring that the homeowners' dreams become reality. Michael is a valuable subcontractor of Land Ark.

Dale is currently pursuing a CGA designation on a part time-basis. She has 15 years accounting experience in public and private accounting. Her outgoing personality and organizational abilities assist her in dealing with the internal and external stresses of the custom home building business.
